Privacy Policy

1. Our Approach to Privacy

OMNIPAY is built on a privacy-first architecture. Unlike traditional payment processors, we do not collect, store, or process personal identifiable information (PII). Our platform leverages zero-knowledge proofs and blockchain technology to enable completely private transactions without compromising on security or compliance.

By design, we cannot access your transaction history, balances, or any personal data. This is not a limitation. It is our core feature.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

OMNIPAY operates on a strict data minimization principle. We explicitly do not collect:

  • Name, address, email, or phone number
  • Government-issued identification documents
  • Bank account or credit card information
  • IP addresses or geolocation data
  • Transaction amounts, recipients, or purpose
  • Wallet private keys or seed phrases

3. Ephemeral Wallets and Session Data

Our Request Payment feature uses ephemeral wallets that exist only for the duration of a single payment session. These temporary addresses are:

  • Generated client-side in your browser
  • Never linked to any identifying information
  • Automatically discarded after payment completion
  • Not retained or recoverable by OMNIPAY

4. Zero-Knowledge Proofs

OMNIPAY utilizes zero-knowledge proof technology to validate transactions without revealing underlying data. This cryptographic method allows us to verify that a transaction is valid without knowing who sent it, who received it, or how much was transferred. The proof confirms compliance with protocol rules while preserving complete transactional privacy.

5. Blockchain Data

All transactions are processed on the Arbitrum blockchain. While blockchain data is publicly visible, OMNIPAY's privacy-preserving architecture ensures that:

  • Wallet addresses are not linked to real-world identities
  • Transaction metadata is encrypted or omitted
  • No off-chain databases connect addresses to users
  • Analytics and tracking are strictly prohibited

Users should understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible and permanent records on the public ledger.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform interacts with the following external systems:

  • Arbitrum Network: For transaction processing and settlement
  • Wallet Providers:MetaMask, WalletConnect, and similar Web3 wallets (user-initiated connections only)
  • Blockchain Explorers:For transaction verification (public data only)

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics companies. Third-party integrations are limited to technical infrastructure required for blockchain operations.

7. Cookies and Tracking

OMNIPAY does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or fingerprinting techniques. We employ only essential session cookies necessary for the technical operation of the platform. No third-party tracking services are installed on omnipay.club.

8. Data Retention

Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing to retain. Server logs contain only anonymized request patterns with no identifying information and are automatically purged and never sold or shared.

9. Security Measures

Our security architecture includes:

  • End-to-end encryption for all data in transit (TLS 1.3)
  • Client-side transaction signing (private keys never touch our servers)
  • Regular security audits of smart contracts
  • Open-source code for community verification
  • Bug bounty program for responsible disclosure

10. Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar privacy regulations, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data (not applicable: we have none)
  • Request deletion of your data (not applicable: we store none)
  • Opt out of data sales (not applicable: we never sell data)
  • Receive data portability (not applicable: no data to export)

Because OMNIPAY operates without collecting personal information, most traditional privacy requests are technically impossible to fulfill. This is by design.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
